Price:
The prices listed in the list are the maximum selling price effective 17th April, 2026
The prices are applicable as of the date of printing of this list. However, we may alter the
prices without notice depending upon the raw material prices in the market.
Taxes:
The prices in the list are exclusive of GST. If you are located in an SEZ/exempted zone, the required declarations & documents should accompany the order.
Bulk Packs:
We will extend special prices for bulk packs as mentioned in the list. Although we maintain enough stocks, the lead time for bulk packs may vary from that of regular products.
Minimum Order Value and Transportation Charges:
We will service all the orders as per the following terms:
“FOR destination” basis for the aggregate invoice value of minimum Rs. 15,000.00 &
“Godown delivery” basis for the aggregate invoice value below Rs. 15,000.00
Force Majeure:
In the event due to reasons beyond our control (riots, strikes, civil commotion, shortage
or raw materials, act of God, Government restrictions, etc.) which prevent supplies, we
or our authorized channel partners will not be liable for any penalties for delay or non-supply of the items.
Amendments & Cancellations:
Orders once placed can’t be cancelled.
